Delivery & Acceptence of the Product by customer on arrival

  • Product Acceptence – Once the order is received Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd will start the dispatch of goods for delivery through by our team; All the HP products are by default in original packing for PCs, Printers & Notebooks accessories etc. However selective products which need special care while delivering where additional packaging is required to secure the product from transit damage, Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd may take necessary steps.
  • Non-acceptance of goods – The addressee shall receive and accept the goods as long as the ordered products are delivered without material physical damage to the original product packaging. If goods are not accepted for any reasons other than that stated will be considered as order cancellation and cancellation charges as applicable will be imposed.
  • Redelivery Charges – Our team will make two attempts to deliver the goods in a span of 4 days. If the premises are locked or if the nominated recipient is not available, it will be treated as undeliverable. If such returned goods are to be redelivered without order cancellation, Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd will charge an additional 2% of the cost of goods or Rs.650/- whichever is higher towards the freight cost. However, if cancelled, Cancellation charges of 5% of cost of goods will also be charged additionally.

  • Our CSR will communicate with you regarding your order and the purchased Product status through any of the mode using email, SMS and telephone.
  • You are requested to provide valid email address and telephone and/ or mobile number to while registering.
  • Dedicated & New customers may be contacted telephonically or through emails to introduce new products Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd offerings and in case of you do not want Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd to contact you, you are requested to actively opt out by selecting the appropriate option while registering yourselves on the website.


Policy Applicable –

Role of Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd and Service Provider –

  • The online portal is developed, maintained and updated by Geonet IT MAll Pvt Ltd. The process of payment authorization and receipt, order acceptance and fulfillment, and other physical portions of a transaction are managed by the Service provider. As stated, Service Provider shall be solely responsible for fulfillment of all orders successfully placed through the Store including but not limited to invoicing, payment processing and product delivery to customers. In no event shall Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, consultants or employees etc. be responsible for any purchases made through the Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd store.


Your Account

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password in respect of the Store.
  • You should make sure to erase any/all personal information from an electronic device that stores any personal information, prior to returning to us. Geonet IT MAll Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any misuse or usage of such information.


Cancellation –

            When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?

  • If customer sends a cancellation request for the ordered product within 15 days the Refund with 5% cancellation charges for cancellation requests sent within 15 days for unopened products only.
  • If the product order is cancelled before shipping / Order cancellation: – No charges if items are not shipped. In case of shipped orders, the returns policy will apply.
  • If the payment was by Credit/Debit card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money in your Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 7-15 working days for debit card and net banking orders.
  • After placing a cancellation request if the product is still delivered to customer, please raise a return request within 24 hours at Online-Help.Return will be taken only if product is not activated and not used and with the Brand Seal intact.

Refunds :-

  • Typically refunds are processed in between 10-15 working days for credit cards and 7-21 working days for debit card and net banking orders.
  • Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.

Replacement :-

Replacement will be subject to the result of due investigation conducted through the logistics partners.

  • Free replacement within 15 days :- Damaged products or Deficient on Arrival
  • Free replacement within 15 days :- Wrong shipment by HP Store
  • Free replacement within 15 days :- Incorrect order placed by customer and the product is still unopened.
  • Free replacement within 15 days :- Customer needs an alternate product for unopened product.
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Geonet IT MAll Pvt Ltd
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly.
  • Unopened items to be returned or replaced must be in the original packing with all inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including mice, keyboards, etc.
  • Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
  • Original shipping and handling charges aren’t refunded.
  • The name on your account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
  • If the customer intents to place new order upon the cancelled product & If the cancelled product was placed at a special price, under cash back, exchange, upgrade or any other offer, the same offer benefit can be availed on a new transaction only post successful processing of refund. The new transaction should also meet all offer terms to be eligible for offer benefits again.


Return /DOA:-

      We accepts returns under the following conditions:

  1. Product was damaged on arrival.
  2. Product delivered not as per order and described on our website/App.
  3. Defective Product received.

If you wish to return the product make sure that the original packaging, documentation and all the accessories, including keyboard, mouse, charger, battery, cables, cartridges, paper trays, USB receiver and original packaging are available for return.

  • If information made available is faulty  (e.g. part description, hard disk capacity, memory size, HP spare number)
  • Customer should not refuse / return product without contacting us first.
  • You need to follow the given procedure to proceed your credit so that payment is not delayed and you assume risk of loss and payment of return shipping charges.
  • Customer can contact us if needs to check the status of your return.

DOA (Deficient On Arrival) Policy :-

Due to manufacturing defects if there is any hardware failure issue within a period not 14 days from the date of invoice and not repairable will be treated as DOA, in such a case the consumer should contact the Manufacturer Service Center. The first attempt shall be to repair and restore the product.

To claim DOA the following aspects are taken into account :-

The fault prevents the product from optimum performance

While unpacking if you notice the package, contents missing or find physical damage (dents, bumps, cracks, leakage of fluid, scratches) you should immediately contact the Geonet IT Mall Pvt Ltd and arrange for sending the equipment back to the designated location.

If the Product has any kind of physical damage dents, cracks, and leakage of fluid, scratches or marks will not be considered for repairs.

A copy of sales slip needs to be attached inside the box to claim DOA by the customer with following information :-  HP Report Number, name, surname and contact details of the customer, serial number, part number and description of the defect or failure.

Prepaid orders

  • Geonet IT Mall Private Limited will announce delivery notifications to customer before the product shipment.
  • For prepaid orders Geonet IT Mall Private Limited will deliver products after full payment settlements only.
  • If customer cancelled his/her order Full paid, then Geonet IT Mall Private Limited will initiate refund on priority basis. Refund will be credited in working 10-15 days as per bank terms.

After sales service –

After sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirement, kindly contact us on the above mentioned details for the same.

Force Majeure

Under this agreement Geonet IT Mall and Service provider shall not be responsible for any failure /or delay on their part in performing any of its business, any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason thereof if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein. Explanation:

Any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Geonet IT Mall or Service Provider, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, Natural calamities, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Website and/or contents provided for availing the Products and/or services under the Website, such that it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of Geonet IT Mall or Service Provider hereto which prevents timely fulfillment of obligation of Geonet IT Mall or Service Provider.


Governing Law and jurisdiction :-

Transactions taking place on this website shall be strictly governed by the laws of India in accordance with rules & regulations implemented by Government. Specific performance and damages any other disputes arising in respect hereto shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of .

Personal, Non-Commercial & Non assignable Use

Registering with our website, confirms that user of the website shall be using it for his/her personal purpose and not for any commercial purpose. User confirms that User’s right to access, use, deal with or transact at the Website cannot be assigned to any other person and custody of User ID and Password to access, deal with or transact at the Website shall be sole responsibility of User and User shall be responsible and liable for any misuse of User ID and Password assigned to User by the Company.

Standard Warranty

All the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to you through the Store shall be covered by standard product warranty offered by the manufacturer. The products are provided “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind and you are requested to perform independent analysis before ordering the products. In case of any manufacturing defect that is identified during the Warranty period, the customer should contact the HP authorized Service Center with the following details:

Details of the product owner, ticket number or invoice, product code, product serial number and the symptoms associated with the failure.

Warranty service will be available to the person to whom you transfer the product customer for the remainder of the warranty period.

It is solely customers responsibility or that of the person receiving the goods on your behalf to ensure that the package is properly sealed and not tampered with.

Information Errors

  • The information on the website need not be correct or accurate at all time. In the event of information regarding a product being found incorrect due to any reason whatsoever, Service Provider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product(s).
  • If your credit card has already been charged for such a cancelled order, Service Provider shall issue a refund of the transaction through your original mode of payment to a maximum extent of the original amount paid.

  • This EMI offer may be restricted to credit cards of select banks.
  • The subvention charges (tripartite) may be partly or fully charged to the customer as part of the offer.

Order Fulfillment –

  • Once the service provider receives an order they will initiate processing your order upon payment receipt for all non COD orders.
  • Issues such as incomplete address, payment amount does not tally with order value, stock not available for one or complete set of products ordered and any such issues that could potentially delay the delivery, such orders will be referred to Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
  • CSR will call or mail you to inform the issues. Only upon resolving the issues, the order will be processed.
